If you asked me at a young age, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” I don’t think I would have answered “A Holistic Health coach and Life Coach, but my life’s journey and what I have experienced have passionately brought me to a place of service to others.I was a devoted Chiropractic Assistant for over 15 years, which encompassed a holistic way of life and living.

I embraced the philosophy that the body is a magnificent machine designed to heal itself if we provide it with the precise tools it needs. I never in my wildest dreams thought that I would be tested with that philosophy until I was diagnosed with invasive lobular carcinoma of my breast. I was then faced with the task of making the best choices possible to heal myself of a disease that had taken several members of my family.

I decided to go the holistic route and I can say with confidence that I AM HERE eleven years later….healthy, happy, and terrific!!! Past this point in my life, service to others became my passion, which led me to become a Wellness and Weight Loss Coach for over 10 years and then subsequently a Life Coach. I believe that health comes from the inside out and my lifelong dedication is to transform others to a state of optimal health….body, mind and spirit!
